Objavljamo rezultate/sklepe KŠŠZ VŠ Grm Novo mesto glede vpisa v študijsko leto 2025/2026.
We are publishing the results/conclusions of the KŠŠZ VŠ Grm Novo mesto regarding enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year (PDF.)
Vpis bo potekal elektronsko preko spletne strani VŠ GRM (https://vis.vsgrm.unm.si).
Enrollment will take place electronically via the VŠ GRM website (https://vis.vsgrm.unm.si).
e-VPISNI POSTOPEK
Za vpis potrebujete računalnik z dostopom do interneta in tiskalnik, saj izpolnjevanje vpisnega lista poteka preko interneta, vpisni list pa natisnete, podpišete ter ga dostavite (skupaj z dokumentacijo navedeno v nadaljevanju) na VŠ Grm Novo mesto.
e-ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
To enrol, you need a computer with internet access and a printer, as the enrolment form is completed online. You then print out the enrolment form, sign it and deliver it (together with the documentation listed below) to VŠ Grm Novo mesto.
e-VPISNI LIST
1. Pripravite si uporabniško ime in geslo, s katerim vstopate v Spletni referat.
2. Ob vstopu na vašo osebno stran v sistemu VIS v meniju na levi strani izberite Vpis / Vpisni list.
3. Izpolnite vsa polja v vpisnem listu.
4. Po vnosu vseh zahtevanih podatkov v vpisni list, potrdite vnos z gumbom Potrdi.
5. Vneseni podatki se vam izpišejo na zaslonu za ponovni pregled. V kolikor so vneseni podatki točni, še enkrat izberite gumb Potrdi. Nato na levi strani izbere Tiskanje.
7. Vpisni list natisnite, ga preglejte, če so vsi vneseni podatki točni ter se nanj podpišete.
e-REGISTRATION FORM
1. Create a username and password to log into the Online Office.
2. When you log into your personal page in the VIS system, select Registration / Registration Form from the menu on the left.
3. Fill in all the fields in the registration form.
4. After entering all the required information in the registration form, confirm your entry by clicking the Confirm button.
5. The entered data will be displayed on the screen for review. If the entered data is correct, select the Confirm button again. Then select Print on the left side.
6. Print the registration form, check that all the entered data is correct, and sign it.
POPOLNA DOKUMENTACIJA ZA VPIS
1. izpolnjen in podpisan vpisni list;
2. potrdilo o plačilu stroškov prispevka za študij;
3. velja za izredni študij: izpolnjena in podpisana Pogodbo o izobraževanju v študijskem letu 2025/2026 v dveh izvodih, kateri priložite potrdilo o plačilu šolnine.

Certificate of payment of tuition fees
Applies to part-time studies: completed and signed Education Agreement for the 2025/2026 academic year in two copies, to which you must attach confirmation of payment of tuition fees in amount 1000,00 EUR.

Vpis opravite do 26. 9. 2025. Vpis po tem datumu ne bo več mogoč!
